REFUND POLICY
At PixelClub, our mission is to provide members with engaging, interactive, and immersive virtual gaming experiences. We strive to deliver top-quality services, advanced equipment, and a welcoming environment where players of all levels can enjoy virtual games. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be requested, the conditions under which they may be granted, and the procedures for obtaining them. By joining the Club or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Refunds generally do not apply to services already used, merchandise taken off-premises, special promotions, or digital/downloadable content.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will use the same method of payment as the original purchase whenever possible. External payment systems may cause additional delays. Members will be notified when refunds are processed.
If the Club cancels an event, tournament, or special session, participants will receive a full refund or credit for future events. Withdrawal requests must be made at least 14 days before the event start date to be considered.
Unused memberships may qualify for a full refund if requested within 14 days. Partially used memberships may receive a prorated refund at management discretion. Membership transfers require Club approval.
Members may request a review of refund decisions. The Club will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly. Final decisions rest with Club management.
The Club reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication at the Club or via official member communications.
